Music Monday– Just As I Am

Thus far, I’ve mostly shared Contemporary Christian Music, but I love hymns too. This one is a favorite because I can rest in Jesus’ power to change the flaws that I have. What greater source of comfort is there?

Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!

When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.

And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
