Music Monday– Less Like Me

This song opens by saying there are days when we just don’t measure up to Jesus’ model. If we’re honest, I’d say we all fail daily on that. Especially in today’s environment, it’s so easy to think that we must be in the right or shout “my right.” I want to be less like that and more like Jesus everyday.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-25

A little more like mercy, a little more like grace
A little more like kindness, goodness, love, and faith
A little more like patience, a little more like peace
A little more like Jesus, a little less like me
