I think last year was the first time I heard of this idea and I didn’t have my act together in enough time to try to get on any of the blogs that are hosting big events. Maybe next year!
So, what is Austen in August, you ask? In short, it’s a celebration of Jane Austen by reading her works and other Austenesque literature for the month of August.
My plans? I will finish Persuasion, compile my short story anthology (Love Lasts Longest), read another one (not released yet), cold read 3 JAFF stories… and maybe actually work on my long forgotten work in progress (Sufficient Encouragement).
