Yeah…so…. my diet never started last week. But didn’t I say it was healthy living? So, last week I made a choice to drink more water and limit my caffeine. I also made sure I took my Vitamin D (aka found the bottle). And the other night I made spaghetti squash pizza crust with turkey pepperoni and part skim mozzarella cheese. So, steps in the right direction, yes? We’ll be trying again this week. I just never got to the store when I planned and had some kid things and my husband’s work, oh and being laid up with an injured ankle for 72 hours, got in the way. So, I’m going to forgive myself and try again. π
Baby steps girl! And remember, every pound you lose is 4 sticks of butter, so even a little loss is great news! Right? And if you continue to eat healthier, you’ll feel better whether you lose or not. Best Wishes.

Well I think that’s a great start Rose! Any healthy substitute is good so if you keep that up (and don’t binge on junk in between π± ) you should be ok. Good luck π
