I work from home but it doesn’t mean I don’t have a schedule or deadlines. However, the last few weeks I have not been making them. I feel so scattered and if I manage to shower, eat at a decent time and get work done I call it a victory! What makes you feel like you’ve just won at life?

Rose, I am in remission from CML and when I go to the doctor and he tells me I am still in remission…it is a huge sigh of relief. I was diagnosed in ’96 and then in a study group for the medication which put me into remission in ’99. So when writers and/or other reader tell us of health problems, I am so able to empathize with them. Daily…I have been using a treadmill for 3 periods of 20 minutes each so when I manage to do that…I feel good. My medication affects my heart muscle so the exercise is helpful. But I only started doing that in the last 6 months.
